When i talked to the representative, he kept trying to push me into signing up for a bunch of crap.
All you have to do is just say you only want to shop. After that, they will send you a brochure in 8 to 10 business days.
In order to become eligable, you must perform 2 training shopping exercises. You can do this anywhere.
You just have to fill out a sheet and make observations. If you go to McDonalds for luch one day, observe you serves you, if they greet you, who is the manager, are the restrooms clean, etc…Once you have filled out both forms and have taken a test, you will be good to start working. Be warned, being a secret shopper cost money on a monthly basis. If you ever want to cancel just give them a call.
